Ingredients

Serves : 6
  • 1 kgs for making kofta :mutton mince


  • 1 nos onion


  • 4 nos green chilli


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 tbsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 2 tbsp fresh coriander leaves chopped


  • 1/2 cups for making gravy : spinach


  • 1/4 cups methi


  • 1/4 cups soya leaves


  • 4 nos green chillies


  • 1 tsp cumin seeds


  • 4-5 nos cloves


  • 1 piece cinnamon stick


  • 2 nos black cardamom


  • 1 nos large onion paste


  • 1 cups yogurt whisked


  • 1 1/2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp cumin powder


  • 1 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 3/4 tsp garam masala powder


  • 1/2 cups milk


  • 1 tsp salt or according to taste


  • 1/2 cups oil


  • 1/2 cups fresh cream for garnish

Directions

  • Take onion and green chilli in grinding jar and make paste without water
  • Now transfer mutton mince in deep mixing bowl and add this onion and green chilli paste in it
  • Now add other kofta masala and salt in it and mix nicely
  • Make equal size balls of all mixture
  • Take washed spinach, methi, soya and green chillies in a pot and boiled it with required water for 5 to 8 minutes,when done discard water and make fine smooth paste of it
  • Now heat oil in pan add cumin seeds,cloves, cinnamon, black pepper Corn,black cardamom
  • Now add ginger garlic and onion paste and saute till colour change
  • Now add red chilli, corriender, turmeric,cumin powder salt and saute
  • Now add whisked yogurt and simmer till oil remove on surface
  • Now add 1 litter water and making kofta,cover and cook till water dry and kofta cooked
  • Now add spinach,methi and soya mixture and boil
  • Now add milk and boil on medium flame till required thickness of gravy
  • Now add garam masala and mix
  • Now Subz Mutton Kofta is ready to serve
  • Serve hot with rice,paratha or chappati
  • Pour some cream over the top at time to serve
